Located close to Windhoek, Namibia, the Church of Hope was completed by Holzbau Hess in 2010 using about 15 m³ of timber. The chapel features an elegant arched timber roof that creates a warm, uplifting atmosphere and a strong architectural identity.
Its curved glulam structure demonstrates Holzbau Hess’s craftsmanship in precision timber construction, combining beauty, simplicity, and structural efficiency. Despite its modest scale, the Church of Hope stands out as a symbol of spiritual lightness and architectural harmony in the Namibian landscape.
